This payment option is available exclusively for orders over €100.00. A deposit of 20% of the total order amount + €30 cash on delivery fees is required, via bank transfer.
- Postepay or other debit cards . Payment by debit card (for example Postepay) does not entail any additional cost on the cost of the Products.
- Payment link: A payment link will be generated through a payment platform (such as PayPal, Stripe, SumUp, Nexi, Satispay, etc.). The link specifies the amount to be paid, the description of the service/product, and any other options. The link can be sent via email, WhatsApp, SMS, social media, or embedded on a website.
SHIPMENTS
Delivery of the goods is expected to be at ground floor level . For any special delivery requirements to upper floors, it is necessary to make prior arrangements with the seller at the time of purchase.
Each shipment contains:
a. The Products ordered;
b. The relevant transport document and the purchase receipt or the relevant invoice;
c. (if any) Information and marketing material.
Arredamenti in Stile will not be held responsible for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the purchase order or attributable to the courier. The invoice will be issued based on the information provided by the user at the time of the purchase order. No changes to the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.
For shipments to a remote area, a surcharge will be applied, calculated based on the specific location. The additional cost will be communicated based on the quantity and size of the goods, before or after order confirmation.
Shipping Date
Orders are shipped from www.arredamentiinstile.com from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Orders for items already in stock are shipped within 2 days, and in any case within the first working day following the order date, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and payment verification. During sales, promotions, events, or national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases, www.arredamentiinstile.com reserves the right to postpone shipments if unforeseen circumstances arise.
The user can track the progress of the order, which the selling company will communicate to the email address used to place the purchase order. The user can also track the shipment status via the Qaplà platform after Arredamenti in Stile sends an email with the contact details of the aforementioned company. Delivery to the floor is not possible under any circumstances. Delivery times depend on the courier, and under no circumstances can any delays be attributed to the Company.
Shipping costs to some European cities are indicated for each product in the specific tab on the Website.
Shipments abroad may be made using different couriers depending on the destination country to ensure the customer receives the best available rate, including, but not limited to, UPS, DBSchenker, and Arco Spedizioni. Shipping within Europe is subject to a charge via express courier within 21 days of completing the purchase order. For shipments abroad, the user may select "delivery by appointment" for an additional €3.
Acceptance of goods.
Upon delivery of the goods, the user is required to thoroughly check the packages, indicating acceptance with reservation on the delivery receipt and describing any anomalies found (among the anomalies (tampering with the package, i.e. unpacking by the shipping company, must also be included.) In the absence of specific notes, the Company will not be liable for any damage presumed to have been caused by the user after delivery.
If the shipment is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the costs of storage and/or returning the goods to the sender will be borne by the Customer.
If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, the shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by www.arredamentiinstile.com . All Customers are required to accept all the contractual conditions set forth when placing an order. By accepting this contract, Customers undertake to accept delivery of their package.
