SHIPPING
Delivery of the goods is expected to be at street level . For any particular delivery requirements to upper floors, it is necessary to make prior arrangements with the seller at the time of purchase.
Each shipment contains:
a. The Products ordered;
b. The relevant transport document and the purchase receipt or the relevant invoice;
c. (if any) Information and marketing material.
Arredamenti in Stile will not be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the compilation of the purchase order or attributable to the courier. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the user at the time of the purchase order will be valid. No changes to the invoice will be possible after issuance.
For shipments destined for an area considered disadvantaged , a surcharge will be applied which will be calculated based on the specific location. The additional cost will be communicated based on the quantity and size of the goods, before or after confirmation of the order.
Shipping Date
Orders are shipped from www.arredamentiinstile.com from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Orders for items already available are shipped within 2 days and in any case within the first working day following the day on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of payment. During sales, promotions, events or national holidays, shipments may take longer. In all cases, www.arredamentiinstile.com reserves the right to postpone shipment if events occur.
The user will be able to follow the progress of the order that the selling Company will communicate to the email used to place the purchase order. The user will also be able to follow the progress of the shipment through the Qaplà platform following the sending by Arredamenti in Stile . of an email with the contact details of the aforementioned company. In no case is delivery to the floor foreseen. Delivery times depend on the courier and in no case can any delays be attributed to the Company.

Shipments abroad may be made with different couriers depending on the country of destination in order to ensure the customer the best available rate including, for example, UPS and DBSchenker, Arco Spedizioni. Shipping to Europe is subject to payment by express courier within 21 days of completing the purchase order. For shipments abroad, the user, at an additional cost of €3, may select the “delivery by appointment” method.
Acceptance of goods.
Upon delivery of the goods, the user is required to carefully check the packages, indicating acceptance with reservation on the delivery receipt and describing any anomalies found (among the anomalies (tampering with the package must also be included, i.e. unpacking by the company responsible for shipping) In the absence of specific notes, the Company will not be liable for any damage presumed to have been caused by the user after delivery.
In the event that the shipment is not successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer, the costs of storage and/or re-sending the goods to the sender shall be borne by the Customer.
If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, the shipping costs will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by www.arredamentiinstile.com . All Customers at the time of ordering are obliged to accept all the contractual conditions set out. By accepting this contract, customers undertake to accept the delivery of their package.
